Facilitators

People we trust to deepen the work.

Pulse is one room a few times a month. For the days in between, these are the practitioners and partners we’ve worked with and stand behind: private sessions, classes, and the kind of one-on-one work the group room can’t hold.

Margo Moritz

Margo Moritz

  • Facilitator
  • Contact Improv guide
  • Photographer

Margo's relationship with dance has lived many lives over the past 20 years. She has performed on stage countless times, choreographed original works, and even danced as a backup dancer for an R&B singer. But it wasn't until discovering Contact Improvisation in 2018 that she truly found herself through movement. Stepping away from mirrors and into an authentic connection with her body transformed her relationship to dance entirely. With her Contact Improv roots planted in the Bay Area, she later rekindled her movement exploration in Los Angeles and has most recently brought Contact Improv to Orange County.

Jessica Monnig

Jessica Monnig

BE Ü Collective

  • Private therapeutic Pilates instructor
  • Dance instructor

Jessica's relationship with movement started on the dance floor, but it was never just about performance. Over time, she began to feel what dance could actually do beneath the surface: move stuck energy, release deep tension, and bring the body back into conversation with itself. What started as expression became ritual, and eventually, a healing practice.

That instinct to go deeper led her into the world of pilates, fascia work, and nervous system regulation, weaving them together into a practice built around one principle: feeling into the body. As the founder of Therapeutic Pilates by Jessica Monnig and co-founder of BE Ü Collective, Jessica helps people get out of pain, build real strength, and stay feeling good in their bodies long after they leave the session. Whether she's guiding a private client through chronic pain recovery or holding space at a large-scale movement experience, her work always comes back to the same place: helping people drop in, feel what's there, and trust their bodies again.
