We film, photograph, and record our events. By buying a ticket, RSVPing, or attending, you give Humane Design Global, LLC and our partners a perpetual, worldwide license to use your image, voice, likeness, movement, first name, and on-camera statements in any Humane Design content. This is unpaid: no royalty, fee, or other compensation is owed to you. Use includes our website, social media, ads, brand films, podcasts, press, sales decks, retreat marketing, and future event promo. We may edit, combine, and adapt the footage however we want.
What stays private
Your full name, contact info, and individual survey responses. Pre/post survey data is shared only in aggregate (averages, totals).
Don’t want to be filmed?
Just tell us at the door, and we’ll keep you out of the frame. If you change your mind later, email humanedesignglobal@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to pull anything we’ve already shared.
Fine print
You’re 18 or older (or have a guardian who agrees). You release Humane Design and our team from any claim arising from this content, except for defamation, malice, or knowingly false portrayal. California law applies; disputes go to mediation then arbitration in Orange County.
