These terms govern your use of humanedesignglobal.com and your participation in events run by Humane Design Global, LLC (“Humane Design,” “we,” “us”). By buying a ticket or attending an event, you accept these terms.
Tickets & admission
- Tickets are non-transferable except where explicitly permitted at checkout. Ticket-holders must show ID matching the order at the door if requested.
- Capacity is limited. We may close ticket sales at any time. We may deny entry to anyone whose attendance would compromise the safety or experience of others.
- Doors and start times are listed per event. Late arrival may be accommodated at the facilitator’s discretion, but we can’t guarantee entry once a session has begun.
- Some events sell tiered tickets (e.g., supporter pricing). All tiers grant the same admission.
Event conduct
Humane Design events are designed to be safe, sober, and inclusive. By attending, you agree:
- To attend sober. No alcohol or recreational drugs at any event.
- To respect the consent and physical autonomy of every other attendee. Contact-improv events, sound baths, and movement experiences require ongoing consent at every step.
- To follow facilitator instructions, especially during opening, closing, and integration segments.
- That facilitators may ask you to step outside, take a break, or leave entirely if you compromise the safety of the room. No refund is owed in those cases.
Media & likeness release
We film, photograph, and record at events. By attending, you grant Humane Design the right to use your image, voice, likeness, and movement in our content. Full terms and opt-out instructions are on the Media Release page.
Health & safety
Pulse experiences include physical movement, sound at moderate volume, and breath-based facilitation. They are not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional care.
- Consult a medical professional before attending if you have a history of seizures, recent surgery, severe heart conditions, recent psychiatric crises, or pregnancy concerns.
- You attend at your own risk. Humane Design is not liable for physical or emotional reactions that occur during or after an event, except where caused by our gross negligence.
- If you feel unsafe at any time, you can step out. The door host will support you.
Refunds
Our refund policy is detailed at /refund. By purchasing, you agree to its terms.
